“Bad Management… never helpful nor responsive … I have been raising complaints since 2021 for the door in the main reception area, and after renovation the noise coming from the door got worse, im now waiting to finish my contract only, because damac did nothing about my complaint so far, i have to pay aed 4,000 to open a case in Rental dispute center, and if i leave the apartment now will have to pay penalty… No report even from the upper management of the building or property management, including Karim , Tousif , and no one is connecting me to their managers. I’m now into sleeping pills in order to be able to get into deep sleep. This is not how respectful and good buildings would like the…”

“Amazing residential building, Great place to live with family. Gardens and Mosque Next to building, Close to Exit and entrance. Next to JSS school and Enoc patrol station.”

“Avoid this building if you have a dog!! Buildings here change Pet policies with no warning suddenly, policy of not using main entrance increases likely hood of dogs making noise as back entrance is small and if multiple pets are coming in and going out there is no room to prevent contact between them.”
