“Amazing facilities, they clean cowork regularly. Guy from security literally checked cameras for me and full logs to find my Amazon delivery. Great views, shown them to all my friends on video call.
The cowork is so great, everyone should see that. They even have coffee shop there. And the coffee is like 8/10 (it’s super high, compared to what I expected). And coffee guys are amazing.
So, now let’s speak about apartment. Mine was very nice for one person. But I think it’s great even for couple. But for visiting I guess, I’d live there on my own. Or u can spent more time with ur partner downstairs (what most of people there usually do btw).
Overall:
Working, studying- 10/10 (did both there btw)
Living space - 8.5 (nothing fancy basically. The only problem for me is that they didn’t have backing oven. But for long term u can buy cheap)
Workout, playing basketball (yeah, they have it…), billiard, table tennis - overall 9 for me.
They have mini market downstairs and plenty restaurants nearby. BUT, my advice, just go to visit good restaurant somewhere else. There’s literally Business bay 5 mins away…

“My rating for this building is 1 out of 5.
From almost every aspect, the quality is poor. The building management is weak and mostly focused on unnecessary restrictions. It feels more like a large prison than a residential building. The management team is not responsive or supportive when residents need help; they seem more skilled at giving residents a hard time instead.
As an architect and building developer, I noticed many construction and design flaws throughout the property. There are water leakage issues in Parking Level 2 and other parts of the building. There is also poor control over access and movement within the property.
The building’s central internet service is very slow. Parking management is also problematic — parking spaces are not clearly assigned, and some residents park multiple cars even though each unit is officially entitled to only one parking space. Because of this, residents sometimes struggle to find parking.
Several damaged areas of the building have not been repaired. The unit I lived in also had many broken items and appliances, which is why I decided not to use them. However, when I moved out, I was charged around AED 10,000 for replacing those items.
That is exactly why I decided to move out after one year. I honestly do not recommend this building at all. Whether you are planning to rent or buy, it is simply not worth the amount of money you pay.”

“I am usually go to this building..but I witness how rude is the security reception.(black guy)he doesn’t deserve that kind of job..he is very rude to all the delivery person..he doesn’t understand that becoz of that delivery his tenants will be stress free..now I starting to dont like that building coz of him!!!”

“I have been staying at upside living since February this year, almost every month, and each time i can say that the apartments are very clean, the reception handles everything quickly and answers for every question or dubt you might have, one night i had issues with the gas and they came in two minutes and resolved. Jarnail is really kind and helpful, he has facilitated my stay during this period.
The swimming pool is top, with a beautiful view. Gym is included also, or other activities. I have used also a lot the meeting rooms and the working area. I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.”

“Never ever stay or rent at this place. While the place is nice with fancy co-working area, the management treats you like shit. Reception is super rude, they think they own the place and can create any rule they want for their convenience. I waited my microwave to be fixed for three weeks and my tv for one week cuz they are super slow.
They also have this rules they keep updating, sometimes they allow your guest to property sometimes they don’t, it depends on their mood.
I will not be extending my lease only because of how they treat the tenants”
