What one reviewer said

“A huge thank you to the team for the outstanding support and professionalism throughout the handover process of my apartment. The staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Especially Atef, there from the beginning, who went above and beyond to assist with every step, and Kumar that assisted me and guided me in the final steps until i got my keys. Also Ana, Lora and Chris that I had the pleasure to meet on the last day, absolutely adorable and very pleasant to interact with.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The final result of this development is truly impressive. The architecture brings a sleek, contemporary aesthetic that beautifully stands out from the older structures in the surrounding area. Inside, the lobby evokes the ambiance of a high-end boutique hotel, complemented by excellent craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout. With top-tier rooftop amenities including the infinity pool and gym, it shapes up to be an exceptional place to live. It is refreshing to see a handover executed with such high build quality, delivering a much-needed modern and premium feel to this side of town.”
