“The security who works in building no. 10 during the day is a very bad guy and is causing a lot of trouble. Please get him out of here.”

“Hi i vist for the ichi rahman house restaurant the location is good nice place full pieces full the wasl port but the securitys was bad 👎😡 behaviours his not allowed the washroom for my wife building 7 security guard the night shift and his no respect using mobile phone his don't care I request for the all”

“Wasl Port Views Building 10 is a clean, well-maintained, and peaceful place to live. The building has a nice community feel, good security, and easy access to nearby shops and transport. The location is great if you want a calm area but still close to the city. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay.”

“Unfortunately Wasl Properties has proven that it does not look after it’s tenants. I have lived here for almost 2 years and recently Wasl Properties authorized staff to break the 3 locks for our bikes and take our bikes and dump them in a room. No one has a right to remove those bikes but us. No one had given us warning about this. The company is refusing to provide the same quality locks - one has a lot of sentimental value, another was a very sturdy and expensive lock, the third was a cheap lock from Nesto. I am disgusted and disappointed with such lack of interest in our property. My Nikes are now on the balcony because we have no locks. So that’s impacting our lives.”

“An ideal place to live with an outdoor kids play area, very well designed walkways with proper road signage. Plenty of different cafes around, a mosque and a supermarket. Beautiful exterior of the apartments, especially at night.”

“Building is awesome. Flats are spacious. One major set back of these buildings are that most flats faces each other and one can easily see the others flat , bedrooms, living rooms etc. No PRIVACY.”
