Residents Mainly
“This used to be one of the best residential buildings, with excellent management and maintenance. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. Management is unresponsive, maintenance issues are not handled properly, and emails are often ignored with no replies. It’s disappointing to see such a well-managed building deteriorate over time. I hope the management takes residents’ concerns seriously and improves the level of service.”
