“Best SCAMMERS in town!!! AVOID THIS SCAM – COMPLETE TIME WASTERS & DISHONEST STAFF Don’t be fooled by their "lucky draw" or "complimentary vouchers." This is a calculated scam to lure you into their presentations and then dodge the commitment. We attended their mandatory 1.5-hour session on November 3, 2023, and have been chasing them for months to redeem our vouchers with zero results. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering: Mr. Arun Krishna: Provided blatant misinformation. He verbally promised a 2-week notice period for bookings, while the vouchers conveniently state 30–60 days. This is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. Nandini: Completely ignored multiple follow-ups for over a month. Even after providing a full month's notice as per their rules, she came back with a generic "no availability" excuse. Absolute nonsense. Fatima: Involved in the initial coordination but nowhere to be found when it came time to actually deliver on the promise. They are quick to demand your time but will ghost you once they’ve gotten what they want. They make the redemption process intentionally impossible so they don't have to honor the prizes. Save your time and your energy….don't believe a word this company says. This isn't a service; it’s a trap.”

“I have lived in this building for almost a year now and I am very happy with the location. It is clean, pool is great, very family friendly, covered parking. I don't give a 5stars because of the water pressure in shower that could be better and sport center that needs a refresh.”

“One of the best residential buildings in the marina, great amenities (fully equipped gym and turquoise water pool), covered parking available and a 8 minutes walk away from the beach! 3 minutes away from marina walk on foot. Great quality finishing inside and outside the units. 3 minutes walk away from the metro station.”

“Terrible security attitude and building maintenance The building looks neat , secured and organized but the fact it is just showy style to raise the value of units and building , the building management is not serving the residents by all means if you have any real issue. The neighbors kept damaging my car in the parking and when I complained to security he talked to me in a very arrogant attitude like he is the VP of Ministry of interior security of Dubai . Had an issue with the AC as well and when I complained to the building maintenance they told me they don’t have time to check my unit and it is out of their responsibility.”

“The building management is trying to save money by reducing chilled water flow. The building is extremely hot, I'm not able to enjoy living here as I'm sweating all the time. I'm also not able to enjoy a good night sleep because of this. I got my unit checked my multiple maintenance companies who assured me that the issue is with the chilled water. Even the cooridors are extremely hot these days. Seriously, what's happening?”

“Been living here for two years! Always clean, great security, great staff, facilities are well maintained and they do a lot of activities The community and neighbors are amazing, no noise no bad smell I’d say one of the best towers in Dubai”

“Perfect building. I've lived in and visited other buildings on Marina, some of which are even newer than this one. But West Avenue is simply magnificent. Lifts, lobby, apartment finishes. I haven't seen more straightforward, quality finishing anywhere on Marina, either inside the apartments or outside. 10/10”
