About Westburry Tower

Westburry Tower is a development of two towers in Business Bay, Dubai. The towers are Westburry Tower 1 and Westburry Tower 2, the tallest of them 44 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2014. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Business Bay Metro station is a 19-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop is 6 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 47 places to eat, 11 shops and 10 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as walkable.

“The building management is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Emails take an unreasonable amount of time to get any reply ,if they respond at all. It feels like no one is willing to take responsibility or actually do their job,the building is poorly managed. Definitely one of the worst management teams I’ve dealt with.”

“Living here has been a really frustrating experience. The management is lazy and completely unresponsive — they don’t answer emails and nothing ever gets properly fixed. The security at the parking gate is tighter than the FBI, but somehow they can’t keep basic things running. The elevators are constantly not working, which is a huge inconvenience. On top of that, there’s a nasty sewage smell from the toilets that spreads into the lobby and even the gym. It’s honestly unacceptable. Overall, the building is poorly managed and not worth the hassle.”

“I’ve been living at Westburry Residence in Business Bay for a while now and overall I’d recommend it! The location is fantastic — super close to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa, and the views from the apartments are really beautiful. The facilities like the pool, gym, and landscaped areas make it a comfortable place to call home. Security and maintenance are decent, and there’s a nice community feel with people from all over the world. Some apartments can feel a bit small compared with newer buildings, but for the price and central location, it’s been a very good choice for me.”
