“The building is well kept and residents and general condition is good.
The security are strict and yes they do ask who you are and ask for ID to sign in if you are not a familiar face.
This is a good thing and it is the delivery boys and people who dont like this giving 1 star. The security are doing their job and doing it well.”

“The security guard sitting at the reception is very bad.Hello, he says, if you want to go up, write it yourself and go. Now I am saying, you write it, I will go up. He says, stand here for now. He made me stand here for 15 to 20 minutes. Later, he says, go now.He only said that because I just told him to write it up, take this my ID, I'm in a hurry.”

“Very close to both Gardens and Discovery Gardens metro station. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are great as well. Pool is great. The gym is a little small but that’s alright. The rooms and the furnishing is great as well.”

“I've been living here since May and I'm very happy with everything! The apartment interior is beautiful, stylish, everything is already equipped by the developer, cleaned daily, everywhere is clean, the pool has a very comfortable temperature even when it's over +40 outside. The metro is very close. Very professional security guards, always ready to help, they solve all issues until results are achieved! I feel calm, beautiful, stylish and comfortable here♥️”

“ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION I don't understand the negative reviews at all, I've been living here since its construction and I will give my objective opinion and not simply the opinion of a tourist unhappy with their stay in Dubai. The apartments are spacious even for a studio, they are all well equipped with quality materials, you can control the lights, air conditioning etc... with your phone, it's true however that there are not enough outlets. The cleanliness in the building is IMPECCABLE, the maintenance staff does a very good job, the first building guards were not good at all, but for the last few months they changed, the new one, a tall guy is EXTRAORDINARY, he is unusually kind. The fire alarm, like everyone who lives in Dubai knows, sounds from time to time, but to say at 1am or every day is a lie, it must sound 2 or 3 times a month for 2 minutes. The pool is very clean, I've never seen it cloudy and I go there every evening, it's true that they took time to find the right regulation of cold water hot water but it's been 6 months now that the temperature is perfect at all times. The metro is 3 or 4 minutes walk away, on the path close to the metro there is a dusty section of 10 meters I don't see how that's the building's problem. So the comment saying there's a chemical factory is nonsense, on the contrary we breathe better here than in the city center. Unfortunately the people who read the comments always look at the negative ones instead of looking at the reviews of people who live here year-round, that's a shame or not, there will be fewer people and more space for me in my haven of peace. I invite you to look at the other comments from people who post negative reviews by clicking on their username, you will see that they are always negative. For those who read this far, thank you.”
