“honestly such a great building, amazing location, you have insane views! and the amenities are really nice. Even the apartments are spacious and very comfortable. Location is very close to Dubai mall and also you can take ur bicycle or scooter and go on the canal so easily!”

“Stayed here for 2 years. Terrible management, obnoxious security, deteriorating building, pool always closed, funky smell in the corridors and trash chute is ALWAYS BROKEN. Gym is overrun with children from the daycare across from it. Very unsafe and staff don’t do anything even when many tenants complain and send emails etc. Provis is the worst building management in Dubai. Especially the building manager”

“Used to be a very nice building in a nice position with big rooms. Maintenance has been very poor for years now so failures and ruptures (water pipes/ AC and other) are frequent. Lots of cockroaches in the building as well so as frequent smell of sewage not easy to clear out. Parking is not controlled so it often happens to find your own assigned and payed spot occupied by some random car. Also the closure of the direct access road from Marasi drive caused extra traffic and congestion to get in and out of the building.”

“Came to try out a restaurant, but left due to horrible experience. No way for public to park. Horrible pick up and drop off access, almost scratched my car. When asked security there for public parking, they said go outside and park. There is no public parking available outside.”

“+ Extremely spacious 1BHk (1000sqft+) + Good location for taxi pickup as you can go to multiple directions without taking long u-turns on marasai drive + Pool was good and has Burj view (most of the negative views for this building is on this topic and likely due to closure of pool during maintenance before I moved in) + Parking is hassle free + Has direct connection to Canal for evening walk - old building and hence the apartment unit must be in great condition before moving in - Gym was huge but lacked basic equipment like bench press - Not easily walkable to downtown or public bus stop”
