From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Here, whenever they make a delivery, they show a lot of attitude. That's right, they always do some drama. They behave very badly. Oh, and this is a very dirty system of theirs.”

“I would like to leave a positive review on valet parking team at W residence. Today I had a flat tire and had to stop just in front of W. Asked for a help the valet parking guys. They were so supportive and kind. It was such a great support for me during stressful moment. I was in a rush to the school to pick up my child and got a hole in my tire. Two parking guys (remember one’s name was Chede) were so helpful. They let me park in the shadow until the roadside assistance arrived to replace the tire. Even offered water and help. Really good people. God bless you guys. Thank you.”
