“I stayed here in January for just over 10 nights with my wife and young son, and it was hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had.
The service was second to none. The staff simply could not do enough for you — from the team by the pool immediately helping with inflatables, to handing out cold water and fruit throughout the day. There were always plenty of lifeguards on duty, which made everything feel safe and easy, especially with a young child. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly, helpful and fantastic.
That is really what makes this hotel so special: everything is made easy. The restaurants on site were all excellent, and I have reviewed them individually, but in short they were phenomenal. The food was top quality, portions were generous, and if you enjoy good food, this is absolutely the place for you.
The spa was easily the nicest I have ever been to, with an incredible sauna and Turkish hammam. My wife had a massage and said it was fantastic. The gym was also very good, with plenty of space and high-quality equipment.
The pool and beach areas were equally impressive — clean, well maintained and perfect for families. A special mention also goes to Soumi, who was so friendly and made fresh dosas every morning. The breakfast buffet was incredible; the word “buffet” can sometimes have negative connotations, but that absolutely does not apply here.
The hotel is in a great location on The Palm, with a lovely breeze, easy access to taxis and a shuttle bus available too. I honestly could not recommend this place highly enough and would go back in a heartbeat.”

“We had such a wonderful weekend at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The hotel is absolutely stunning, from the beautiful interiors to the relaxing atmosphere and exceptional service. Every detail made our stay feel luxurious and memorable.
They allowed early check in and late check out so we enjoyed every moment. They also provided cake and balloons for my son which was very thoughtful.
Another amazing thing is the spa, which was incredible and relaxing.
A very special thank you to Yasmeen for her kindness, hospitality, and for making our experience even more special. She truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the weekend. We can’t wait to come back again!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and well taken care of, and we had a fantastic experience overall.
The true jewels of this resort are the people who work here. Every single team member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. This applies across all departments — the service level is outstanding.
A very special mention goes to Ajed, who took care of our room during our stay. His attention to detail, dedication, and warm attitude made a real difference for us. We truly appreciate his hard work and effort — thank you, Ajed!
The resort itself is stunning, with a wonderful pool area and a beautiful private beach that invites you to relax and unwind. The restaurants within the hotel are also not to be underestimated — we enjoyed excellent food and great variety throughout our stay.

“Our 25th wedding anniversary at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai was truly the best experience of our lives. My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but nothing comes close to the luxury, comfort, and genuine care we experienced here. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed with warmth that felt truly personal. They gave us the best spa day we have ever had and guided us through everything to see and do in Dubai, making every moment effortless and unforgettable. The hotel is beyond stunning, with world-class service, beautiful design, and attention to detail that made us feel like royalty. Every meal and every interaction were filled with kindness and professionalism. I would rate this experience 10 out of 10, and if I could, I would rate it even higher. “The apartment itself is very nice, the pool was cleaned every day, and we felt very comfortable. Carlo was truly a very kind person keep it up!
The only thing that bothered me was that there were no nice sunbeds or umbrellas. The ones available are quite old they used to be top quality, but they’ve definitely aged a bit. Regular, lighter umbrellas would be perfectly fine, as the current ones are extremely heavy. I hope you’ll find a solution for this someday otherwise, everything was really perfect!
Unfortunately, there is no shower by the pool, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, only the left apartment has two showers it would be great if the right one had the same”

“I celebrated my daughters birthday this weekend and can’t stop raving about..amazing property and location…Haytham and Karl and Zeeshan were accommodating with last minute changes and that made our event successful…the rooms are spacious ..large living space ..with amenities like internet connectivity , blankets and Netflix Subscription..the pool in the villa is decent sized and patio was nice as well..the property also has a bigger pool and direct access to beach…the staff was very helpful …definitely coming back soon!”
