What one reviewer said

“I got this fine for leaving my package outside the door for 15 minutes. Is this normal? They have trouble cleaning the building, the hallway is always dirty, and the entrance doors are locked. You can't get into the building without security because they promised to give you a key or code, but they still haven't given it in a year. The parking lot entrance is always broken, and the entrance to the pool or restroom is blocked; you can't get in without calling the staff. But this 15-minute fine is normal!…”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. “Terrible building and service! I don't recommend living or staying here. Prices are too high for such low quality and apartments like small boxes. Fire alarm goes off every day from early morning and even at night. Weak water pressure in the shower and sometimes water is cut off all day. Building management is rude and quarrelsome, they fix nothing in the building but instead cause problems. Gym is very small and overcrowded. QR code for entry doesn't work! Annoying flies everywhere in the building. Building location is extremely inconvenient, surrounded by construction, dust and noise, impossible to dry clothes on the balcony. Air is heavily polluted. Neighboring apartments are rented out daily and there's lots of noise and disturbance from guests. Elevator is always overcrowded with long waits. Shop and pharmacy downstairs don't work 24/7. Worst building with no comfort for living. I understand that good reviews are written by agents or the apartment owners themselves”

“The fire alarm goes off repeatedly without any apparent reason, sometimes up to three times in the same morning. This is extremely disruptive, especially as I work night shifts and need to rest during the day. Being woken up constantly due to false alarms is unacceptable. More importantly, this situation creates a major safety risk. When alarms sound so frequently without any real emergency, residents inevitably stop taking them seriously. In the event of a real fire, people may not react appropriately, which could have severe consequences. This is a dangerous situation and should not be taken lightly. Considering the amount I pay every month to live in this building, this issue is completely unacceptable. A properly functioning fire alarm system is a basic requirement, not a luxury. I strongly urge you to investigate and resolve this problem as soon as possible and to provide a clear explanation of the cause and the corrective actions being taken.”

“This building has multiple issues. The main one being fire alarm system that is not operational. It’s very loud and goes on at odd hours. Security- security personnel has high turn over, security supervisor is not approachable and not solution oriented. Traffic around the building is an issue. It may take 20 mins plus just to get on the main road. Building is full of airbnbs so reception is always busy and building is loud with intoxicated tennants arriving at night. If you want to stay long term good to reconsider The best part about the apartment was my landlord but even he struggled to make changes due to lack of system.”

“Bad complex, I don't recommend it! Fire alarms go off constantly in the apartment, whether day or night, and they can't fix it. We lived on the 24th floor, there was practically no hot water, the water doesn't reach the upper floors))) the water pressure is terribly weak, just three drops! We complained many times, they came every day to do something, in the end it got slightly better, but still bad. The price for such apartments is microscopically overpriced! Plus the pool never gets sun because other buildings block it, the sun only comes for one hour a day and only on one stripe by the tables. The gym is small for such a number of residents, there are many athletes here, so most of the time everyone is crowded)) And if you have a car, keep in mind that by evening you'll simply be standing for a minimum of an hour and a half to get to your complex's parking, because the access to it is narrow and cars are coming from all sides in that direction, creating a terrible traffic jam where you seriously stand 1-1.5 hours to move 3 meters))”
