“One of the best quality buildings I’ve seen as an agent in Dubai. High Ceilings, Premium Quality, Bright Units and Amazing Amenities. The only thing is that the location of the building is surrounded by all the constructions which makes it noisy and dusty. Still the best quality in the neighborhood. Amenities are Pool, Gym, Lounge, Sitting area, Kids Play Area and BBQ Area.”

“Zazen garden project is built very nicely. Expectations are high on IVY. Focusing on quality, detailing and finishing will only take them ahead in the race. They need to develop surrounding and in between two building area into walking jogging tracks and pocket parks.”

“The building is well maintained. But the road in front is non existent and the amount of dust blowing into the houses is a disaster and the balcony is pretty much non usable as it’s full of dirt and sand no matter how much you clean, and the undone road is not only highly inconvenient but also a complete eye sore”

“The property is conveniently situated near two metro stations and offers ample open parking in the vicinity. A planned park will be located in front of the building, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. The construction quality is generally good, although there are a few minor issues that can be resolved during the DLP period. Overall, the community provides a pleasant living environment, characterized by its peaceful ambiance and freedom from traffic congestion. Engr. Irfan Mirza”

“Inspiring project in the heart of Al Furjan. Zazen delivered the best in terms of money / quality ratio project. So close to metro station, the apartments are big and community is superb. I love it .”

“Wonderful project with amazing amenities and quality in Al Furjan. Love how close it to Metro station and spacious apartments layout. Bright and full of green trees, from the moment I stepped in I knew it is a winner for me”

“The waterproofing in the building is non existant, and getting an actual solution from the team is impossible. Theyre happy to rip ur walls down and replaster them, but that doesnt really resolve the issue. Just visit the stair case and see the mould for yourself. Also dont bother providing a snagging report to them, they wont even address 90% of the issues on the report. Very dissapointing Reonding to zazen below:Let me edit my response to respond to the below reply from zazen. First of all i have bought this issue up to your foreman and the managment over 2 weeks ago and nothing happened. You can check with your foreman. I was then told to log it on the app and log a case, which I was unaware of. Following that when i had the meeting with your dlp team they came to my house and asked me to begin with breaking the plaster on the cieling and redoing it, which I then responded to saying that will not address the Root cause of the issue which is water is being held in the cieling. The first step instead of breaking my cieling was to first review pipes that are in the cieling and discovering what the issue could be. Second is to check with the neighbors above. I was the one that told the team to first address the issue with the neighbors. They could have even bought with them a moisture meter to check the walls. Since I am not the expert here, your team is the one that should be advising me on the proper steps rather then coming to my house to break the whole living room cieling and redoing the paint and plaster. I also discovered i have the same issue in my bedroom. And in the public stair case, so clearly this is not an issue with just one part of the house, rather its in the whole buidling.”
