“Worst building and management ever I stayed, I stayed there 6 years and in that period no maintenance as done or so at the end when my deposit need to claim they are not give instead they are charging me in return. Silly thing they charged after staying 4 years in one of the flat. Which don’t related the prices. The manager don’t answer the call nor response the email on time and blames us. Stay alert before leaving the flat . They charge me for rusted cabinet 400 aed Kitchen hood 225 Other cleaning 500 Tiles 450 Door hook 350 Lens cover 50 Access card not working 350 Late notice 1542 where it was email on 2 months prior So many things . Shame on you..! Tenant staying there please be careful that are scamming..!”
