“Honestly apart from the old building and no proper safety , my worst experience was with the security deposit. It was done so smartly after I vacated my flat and left the country they sent me a list of deductions worth nearly 2000 Dhs of the 2500 Dhs and when I had no choice to prove before and after pictures they then said they will pay the balance in cash only which I funny because they knew I have left the country so please be very smart and take a video and pictures of the entire flat like small cracks in the tile even small wall cracks, furniture pics and even the door mesh pictures. Best is a full proper video and then send it to them on email as proof when you vacate. Overall buildin…”

““I am a resident of this building and I really appreciate the security service. Amjad is very professional, polite, and always alert. He takes his duty seriously and ensures the safety of all residents. Highly recommended.””

“The building is very old no safety in the building we got fire and there’s no fire alarm when I call the office they are very rude specially humairah she’s refusing to transfer the information to owner of the building they don’t care about the safety of people they care only about money wishes we are paying without late but still we didn’t get the proper treat for tenant they are not professional at all you fill like fish market there staff not trained well I hope that the owner will take action with theme”

“I am staying this building around 5 year due to (only reason ) my child school is near my building . There is no help to reducing rent just 1000dhs . Building is old building only. Maintenance is ok. Every year they taking service charge 500 dhs for renewal fees even you are renewing 6 months also they need 500 dhs”
