“Looks nice, but many down sides. Windows are not sealed properly, heat comes inside and creates mold inside the apartment. Floors are often getting wet for this reason. Walls are moldy from the inside and it requires fixing every 2-3 months. If you are facing E311 - it’s loud. Impossible to have the balcony open.”

“I wonder how people even adjust in such small bedrooms. On top of that they are asking for 60k+. Insane value at very small cages”
