“Walls are always getting moldy, building management does not care. 3 years after opening this building because a disaster. UAA just wants more and more money from tenants, but doing zero maintenance to keep the building in a good condition.”

“I had a very bad experience at Akasya South The building management only cares about money. When it comes to maintenance, any request to fix something is met with long delays. The finishing is extremely poor. When you turn on the water, it comes out brown. There is a constant bad smell coming from the bathroom. The balcony door has no soundproofing so the highway noise is still very loud even when it’s closed.”

“Great building The road in front gives cute vibes and white noise for better sleep. Management reacts very fast on any complains or updates. Moved here not long time ago but never seen any dirt in the building everything is very tidy Security is very lovely. Taking care of parkings always clean and nice. Love staying in here”

“The house should be demolished and rebuilt. It is so noisy to have to repair it every day. It is better to sleep on the street than to rent here.”
