“Terrible place to live. The management is careless, rude, and only interested in scamming tenants. Increased my rent after 3 months or asked me to leave however i paid them 1000 commission and 1000 deposit which they will make you beg for months to return and do huge baseless and unfair deductions”

“For owner of this building (Al Adnan building) , the management who represents you in this building ( modern unit real stare -without official email, they are using Gmail for their communication) , maybe they are scammers , *Commission 1000 AED without bill for short period of rent. *Deposit 1000 AED which will not be returned back regardless if you call them or communicate with the 5 different people whose in receptions and their manager,each one with different stories, u give them the proof of damages that from first date of our residence,they replied in stupid way to take the deposit. *500 AED increment after three months,which not as per terms and conditions of the signed contract. *200/ month AED for parking slot in the basement. *building full with cockroaches, no pest control at all. *no care for cleaning. *50% of washing machines out of service.”

“We would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities and Dubai residents to the current conditions in Al Adnan Building – Al Barsha 1. We have observed inappropriate treatment of tenants by some staff, as well as a noticeable infestation of pests and accumulation of garbage. Additionally, we are facing ongoing financial extortion by certain workers, which does not comply with the law. We hope that necessary measures will be taken to improve the situation and ensure residents' comfort.”

“I've been living in this building in Al Barsha 1 for over a year, and it’s truly one of the best in the area. The location is perfect — close to Mall of the Emirates, metro station, supermarkets, and everything you need. The building is always clean, well-managed, and very secure. Maintenance is fast and professional, and the management team is helpful and responsive. Peaceful environment and well-maintained facilities make it a great place to live. Highly recommended!”
