“Firstly, the fire alarm buzzer installed inside my bedroom frequently triggers false alarms during late-night hours, causing repeated disturbances. This is extremely distressing, especially as I have a two-month-old baby, and we are forced to wake up in the middle of the night on multiple occasions. I have reported this matter several times; however, no corrective action has been taken so far. Secondly, the parking area lighting is severely inadequate at night due to energy-saving measures. The parking becomes almost completely dark, creating safety and visibility concerns. At the very least, a few lights should remain operational to ensure that residents can safely see and move around when entering or exiting the parking area.”

“Vey a disgusting sewage odor smell in the lobby and specifically on the apartment. Three months the maintenance team coming and going trying to fix it but without any luck. Water and many other sounds in pipes inside the cieling is really scarry and they came to isolate the sound but same.”

“Very bad odor in the lobby area, it has been more than 4 months! And not fixed till now. AC system in the apartment is very poor. The insulation is terrible , i can hear everything happening outside the apartment. The speed bumps inside the parking area are extremely high.”
