“Building is ok, very friendly watch man and caretaker . But don’t go through an agent as I got scamed for charges they took for ejari etc. I called there office to ask but the lady was soo rude and was yelling on me when I was asking details and procedures saying they have lots of buildings. I have no idea what there problem is. No pest control done in the building. The care taker was soo kind as he did cleaning at his best. Agent promised me there’s no pest issues but it was opposit. More than being scammed.. that lady spoiled all the last respect I had for the management..”
