“gave this building management one star due to their very poor organization and extremely slow response in solving problems, especially when it comes to maintenance. The lack of efficiency and professionalism makes living here very frustrating. I have called them multiple times last week and this week to arrange appointments, and each time I waited the whole day on my day off without being able to go anywhere — yet no one ever showed up. Honestly, even one star feels generous for the level of service they provide.”
