“This building is managed by Properties Market. At first we were happy as the location is near metro station, big spaces, and lower rent compared to others. When we did not renew as the rent increased, we were shocked with the amount they deducted from our deposit. They overcharged everything from the light bulbs to window screen like 100x. We couldn' t complain to RERA because of the hassle and amount it would cost us as well. We will never go back to that building unless they lower down the charges.”

“This building is managed by Properties Market. At first we were happy as the location is near metro station, big spaces, and lower rent compared to others. When we did not renew as the rent increased, we were shocked with the amount they deducted from our deposit. They overcharged everything from the light bulbs to window screen like 100x. We couldn' t complain to RERA because of the hassle and amount it would cost us as well. We will never go back to that building unless they lower down the charges.”

“if there was a minus , i would have given them -10...they are the most unprofessional staff and the maintenance is even worse..the security is actually very very rude ..the top management and the admin think they own people whereas they are not eligible enough to even talk to ..”
