“I’m waiting for my security deposit since 10th December, now it’s 10th March. They told me that they sent me money and promised me to send the receipt, but they just blocked my and my husband’s number and that’s all 🤷🏻‍♀️ UPD: day after this review I got my deposit (finally). No "sorry" and even no "Hello", but the main thing I got my money back and ready to share the real review after two years in this Building. The building manager Mouneer and his team are very loyal and always helped us when we asked. Furniture is fine also, walls are thick, so you can't hear no other. The Internet provider not so good, but it works.”

“Everything went smoothly, and all the credit goes to Eng. Mina Milad for his exceptional care and dedication. From the moment he joined, things began to fall into place—starting with the air conditioning issues and extending to many other matters. “Maintenance is so good at this building, anytime I have an issue I call mina and they come fix it in minutes”

“The building is located in a great place. Also the flats are good for accommodation. The most important thing is there is a man Romany who is a great person. He helped us in every way he could. I experienced fantastic customer service from him. He is a nice guy who always has a smile on his face while talking with someone. Good place. Recommended.”

“It's one of the best buildings to rent a flat in, good prices and maintenance, also near to the bus stop, school, supermarkets, park and cafeteria. It also has a nice view and balcony.”
