“Unreliable Service & Empty Promises: I have been dealing with SBK for years, and their service has been consistently disappointing. Despite multiple calls and promises, no one shows up for maintenance. Each time, I am told that someone will come, but nothing happens. The staff handling complaints only provide excuses without actually solving any issues. The maintenance team is unprofessional and seems unqualified for the job. It is extremely frustrating to wait so long for service that should be handled promptly. If you are considering SBK, be aware that their customer support is unreliable, and getting actual maintenance done is a struggle. I hope they improve, but based on my experience…”
