“DISHONEST COMPANY!!!! AVOID ALL AL FAHAD BUILDINGS!!! The same company manages multiple Al Fahad buildings, they give zero maintenance, very strong cigarette smell coming from the AC and nobody cares, like someone is smoking inside your apartment. They will charge you anything they can, then they trick you by announcing an increase of the rent by 20% (!!!) exactly 90 days before your contract date so whenever you react it’s already too late (less than 90days), then they will tell you you cannot leave without paying 3months penalty!!! COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND EVIL MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!”
