What one reviewer said

“This building was for bachelor's and mostly taxi drivers. Everything like balcony door, kitchen cabinets, tiles... Etc in the flats are almost broken. for the whole year old kept requesting for the maintenance. They keep passing on to new number and not a single repair work is done. Manager spoke too rudely when I requested to change my car parking. After paying rent for the whole year. He says pay the AC bill or no help will be given for anything.we payed 36000 and still behaving politely and for 1000 AED he is tooo rude. Building is just good for labour category no decent family.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Worst building in Al Nahda 2 area. Even Worst is their real estate agents Home Deals . They will give you damaged property and deduct amount more than security deposit for the same initial damages. There are better properties for same price in Al Nahda area. I had legal battle with them for 3 months, which I won partially.”

“⭐ 0 stars (if I could give that) Long story short: This building is mainly for bachelors and taxi drivers. Everything in the flat—balcony doors, kitchen cabinets, tiles, knobs, windows—is broken, rusted, or poor quality. We spent two years requesting maintenance, but they kept passing us from one number to another, and nothing was ever fixed. Then management changed to Home Deals, who are just as bad—money-making scammers living off broker fees and deposits. Be very careful. We requested closed parking, but despite being there for 2 years, we were stuck with open parking, while new tenants got covered spots. Our car had constant wear and tear, and the glass broke once because something was thrown from the top. They refused to show surveillance footage. When moving out, they deduct the entire deposit. They charge for the smallest things—lights, rust, wear and tear—even though everything was broken when we moved in. They claimed to have given the flat in “new” condition, which is laughable. Even the chandeliers had just one light each, but when we left, they charged us for missing bulbs. Who even checks the number of bulbs on day one? Tip: When you move in, take photos of everything—every corner, every fitting—because when you move out, they’ll create a huge bill. The positive reviews? Likely fake, posted by staff or brokers. Avoid at all costs.”

“Very Poor Maintenance, when you leave the flat, they will deduct approx. 5000 AED min. For small small things they will take money and maintenance never on time. When they hand over the flat, please take photos of each and every corner otherwise on leaving the apartment they will give you big list and huge Maintenace charges and say that the had given the each and every thing new. AC bill in summer you will get 800 to 1000 AED other than DEWA. So annually (6000-7000AED) Keep in mind other than the annual rent. In December you can also get 400-500AED.Their chillers give smells and very old with no control system. For Paint they take 800 AED even you stay 1 year , 2 years , 3 years or even more. Worst Management. Don't believe on fake reviews given by their own staff.”
