“I have been staying in this building for 1.5 years as a single tenant. The maintenance is very poor. The lift has frequent issues and sometimes gets stuck. Water supply is also a big problem — there is no water for many hours. Garbage is not properly managed and the building is not clean. Security is very weak. Most of the time, 4–5 people sit at the security desk without proper uniform and there is often shouting. The building is overloaded with the maximum number of people without proper facilities. The AC also has issues all the time. Even people are using this building as a massage centre — Dubai Municipality should conduct daily inspections. Overall, the building management needs seriou…”

“I have been staying in this building for 1.5 years as a single tenant. The maintenance is very poor. The lift has frequent issues and sometimes gets stuck. Water supply is also a big problem — there is no water for many hours. Garbage is not properly managed and the building is not clean. Security is very weak. Most of the time, 4–5 people sit at the security desk without proper uniform and there is often shouting. The building is overloaded with the maximum number of people without proper facilities. The AC also has issues all the time. Even people are using this building as a massage centre — Dubai Municipality should conduct daily inspections. Overall, the building management needs serious improvement. This building is not suitable for living.”

“The residence in Al Ghubaiba, near the bus and metro stations, is affordable and of a moderate standard. Although it's not very expensive, the quality of the building is still quite decent.”

“Seems like an old apartment residential buildings that have seen some of good old days. But it is cheap and open for all national people, it is few min walks away from near by metro station, Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and marine station. You can find city centre also in a few min walk away, I guess this is a best place to stay in around Bur Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.”

“Very 3rd Class service they gave, at time of finalization they will make all commitment but after shifting you all with know 1) Issue of AC 2) issue of water 3) Issue of Lift 4) there all washing machines are faulty 5) pathetic wifi (never work) 6) rude behaviour of all maintaining staff after all this they will ask for Rent and threatening every tenant. no any mean of complaints. better don't move here”
