It’s been 2 month I have sent the video of cockroach’s in my floor and complained through the wasl app and the cleaning team put medicine for the cockroach’s . The cockroach reached to my apartment door I have sent that video and complained though the app and they told me to remove the complain I told them this will be big problem if it will come inside my apartment. “I don’t advise anyone to rent in Al fareej courtyard building block b. Everything is accepted but this issue is not. It’s been 2 month I have sent the video of cockroach’s in my floor and complained through the wasl app and the cleaning team put medicine for the cockroach’s . The cockroach reached to my apartment door I have sent that video and complained though the app and they told me to remove the complain I told them this will be big problem if it will come inside my apartment. They said sure will not come . Before 2 days I see cockroach in my apartment !! I live from 5 years in this apartment and I have maid I never have cockroach in my house . When I told them this is their problem and they have to put Jill medicine for the cockroach’s in my house they say it’s my problem cause it’s in my house ! It came from outside in my house due to lack of cleaning and bad handling to control this issue . The cockroach came from the building lobby inside my house this is your problem.”

“I have shared a review of so many issues in this building and within 2 weeks they have acknowledged and fixed those issues, i am grateful for their attention. The signal is still bad but i dont think thats in al wasl’s scope i think the area itself has very bad signal.”

“This is run by Al Wasl Properties. Wasl Properties is one of the worst companies you can Go for. Poor in everything. I have Just given back the Keys for my Appartement, and I now got an Invoice for a "Damage" where in fact I have given back the flat in a much better Condition, than I have got it from Al Wasl Properties. There are No Damages caused by me What so ever. The only Damages that are visible are by the poor constructions by the company, therefore Cracks in the Walls!!! They never reply to your requests on time, No one seems to bother at all, and all they Care is that Money is paid, otherwise worse than poor in everything!!! If you dont want to be scammed or Deal With scammers, dont Go for Al Wasl Properties!!!”

“I was originally a loyal Wasl customer, but my experience living here changed my mind. Sharing what I experienced here: 1. The room layout is good, but the building materials and quality are very poor. Can you imagine that on the first day of moving in, the water heater suddenly had a major leak at midnight, flooding the entire living room? 2. The bathroom waterproofing has serious quality issues that continuously extend to the bedroom walls, causing mold. It can easily trigger respiratory diseases—families with children should pay special attention. 3. The balcony design is bizarre, with two large holes opened at the top of the balcony where many pigeons live. No matter how many times you clean, the balcony floor is always covered in pigeon droppings and brings many parasites and mosquitoes. Complaints go unresolved, and you're not even allowed to chase away the pigeons. 4. Wasl's customer service is becoming increasingly bureaucratic, as if they forgot they should provide service to customers instead of treating customers like their own servants. They lecture customers constantly. 5. The Indian maintenance staff and management are unresponsive. The bathroom waterproofing problem from the day I moved in until I left was never fixed properly. A manager named Kishan even said their waterproofing has no problems and such complaints have never happened, and later even turned the tables saying it was my problem. If they can't solve the problem, they solve the person who raises it. When you present evidence, he says he'll send someone to check and call you back, then you never hear from him again. 6. When checking out, they deduct the security deposit arbitrarily. Scratches made by their own maintenance staff and damage caused by building quality problems are actually charged to the customer! It's absolutely shameless!”
