“Used to be a very popular residential place. It's become dated now, club needs updating especially the gym. It also has a big adult pool, kids pool, lawn , two tennis courts. Overall still a nice place. Can't find comparable spacious gardens in the standalone villas in Dubai. The villa design is wonderful 👍. Still the best I've seen in such commercial communities. Flats design are not great and they are very dated with small kitchens. Maintenance team is fast which is a plus. The management keeps increasing the rent which is sad 😢.”

“Amazing property for renting. Near by to the air port. Must have car for commuting. Metro connecting is Slighlty away, but within walkable distance. Super Clean , Well secured, Beautiful Layout. Look out for Flats with Balcony.”
