“Extremely bad maintenance service while the renting fee is higher and higher every year. A/C doesn’t work in the summer with the heat 44 degree Celsius, we have been waiting for 3 days and no one comes. It’s emergency and they just work through emails. Also during winter, the water tanks for hot water were broken, the water was leaking. It took 2 weeks to fix it.”

“Extremely bad maintenance service while the renting fee is higher and higher every year. “Renting an apartment here for about a month now. The building management is lacklustre in fixing mobile connectivity issue inside the building. You enter the building & you have no network on both Etisalat & Du. Have been following up with the building management for a month now & no action has been taken. Think before renting an apartment here. The service response is very poor & for the premium you pay just because its a new building I would say is not worth the everyday trouble.”

“Love this building! Has a wonderful vibe. The building is new, very well maintained. Stayed in a 3bhk apartment with a wonderful view of the airport. All the daily amenities are within a 10 mins walk including grocery stores, parks, restaurants, tea shops. There is a parking lot in front of the building which comes to life with all sports in the evenings and weekend mornings as well. Loved my stay here with my brother and sister!”

“Very nice place, high quality standard and affordable. You cannot avoid agency fees as the whole building is managed by a real estate company asking for 4K fees on the top of the deposit.”
