“Worst annoying neighbors ever .. Alot of kids who plays with sand and dust out side .. fill the lifts and corridors with sands and dirts.. also the one who us incharge for the builidng is careless… neighbors are worst ever.. many single men and single ladies live in the buildings .. dancing all the nights.. Security are useless.. the are so scared from the tenants … smell in corridors is the worst… Watch man is lazy and careless and knows nothing about his job”

“Excellent building manager in Sayed and the security staff and helps sorts out tenants concerns after the horrible experience with others earlier. Makes this place much much better. Except for few tenants who got fined by police for poor parking etiquette’s and have some sort of if superiority feeling and racist attitude ( you can understand from the reviews ) and tried to take out a vengeance by posting bad reviews against the hard working staff and abusing other nationalities, rest of the tenants are actually great and everyone lives in a good family atmosphere. Good place for families. Highly recommend and most tenants are into their 3rd years here. Building management has also covered all open parking slots in last few months and given much needed relief to all those. Good effort by management , security and maintenance folks. Special shout out to folks like Mir, Nandu and Sayed for their hard work. Makes Masaken 2 the most wanted space around as flats here don’t go empty for more than a week.”

“The maintenance service is very poor. In the event that there are faults, no one wants to amend the faults, and there is no one responsible for the building services. Annoying children everywhere, it is impossible to sleep, and no one is there to inform him Unpleasant smells and emissions from everywhere, and there is no solution to this problem There are many single men renting and there is a lot of harassment in the building its not a family place anymore More than 5 times, cars come and stop in the parking lot designated for me, and no one prevents this behavior You raised the rent prices, but your services have become very bad The fire alarm is very annoying, and every week it makes this sound In the end, I do not want to stay in this place, and I want to return the cheques immediately I took 2 hours from my work off just to visit ur office to make my complain because you don’t have an employee responsible for your buildings for renters to contact with !!”

“The building is not super clean and not well maintained. The guard and staff have to be trained for better. They are not the best. CCTV are not covering everything inside the parking area. Someone scratched my car and when I asked for reviewing the security cameras they couldn’t find it. They said go to the police station and raise a complaint.”
