“I’ve lived in this building for around 15 years now. It used to be a prestigious building with a great management and maintenance team. However, in the past 2 years, the standard has drastically fallen. The building is infested with cockroaches. No matter how many times you call in a pest control team, there’s no improvement. Additionally, the garbage rooms are absolutely horrible. People don’t throw their garbage into the chute, instead leave it out creating an inconvenience for others. Most of the facilities aren’t taken care of so it’s highly unlikely you’ll get a chance to enjoy it. I’d kindly suggest staying away from this apartment.”

“Unfortunately, our experience was bad. My father paid a deposit of 20,000 dirhams after being informed that if he was unable to open a UAE bank account, the amount would be fully refunded. After the bank rejected opening the account, we demanded the return of the deposit as promised, but the company has not honored its commitment until now. We hope the company will respect its agreement and return the owed amount before resorting to legal action.”

“Worst maintenance ever. Staying here for more than a year. I have been complaining about someone's kitchen smell coming in my bedroom for months now. They have not been able to even understand what the issue is. They are only able to resolve basic maintenance issues and have limited people with limited knowledge. For any bigger issues they will keep Stalling it or blaming someone else for months. Sometimes I had to call multiple times for a single issue to be resolved. Take my advice stay away from this building. You will be lucky if you get an apartment without issues.”

“Since the first day in the building, I have been facing many problems, including not good maintenance at all (conditioning, electricity, sewage), as well as cockroaches in the whole building and entering my apartment, and the smell of the kitchen drawers is terrible.”

“The Landlord is terrible to current residents, only new residents get a good rental price but existing residents are charged more purely because they are helpless and they can. They are taking advantage of us and doing as they wish because we are already residents, please if you have any consideration for yourself and your earnings avoid this building.”
