“I lived here for 3 years between Feb 2021 to Feb 2024. The management is very proactive and helpful when it comes to repairs and maintenance. The building corridors and common areas are kept very clean. I noticed the staff mopping the corridors on multiple occasions when I came home past 2 AM. The apartment is spacious and the balcony is quite big too, compared to other apartments in Silicon Oasis. I loved that my apartment got so much sunlight in the mornings. There is only 1 bus that comes near this area Bus X25 that goes from Academic City to Karama/Oud Metha. You can walk through the City Oasis 2 (neighbouring building) parking and take the shortcut behind the bus to reach the bus stop. My advice to anyone moving here: Mark the address and landmarks clearly whenever you order anything for delivery. There's another building in Silicon Oasis called Al Hathboor building (near Lulu/Silicon Central) and I must have had at least 15 orders get delivered to that building instead of Al Habthoor building.”

“Lived there before and i used to like it, but later there were soooo many cockroach everywhere, as if they were trying to occupy the house. We were accidentally stepping on them while walking in the dark. Also current prices are not reasonable at all. You can easily find better designs, more modern and better located buildings for less. Materials used in the apartments are not great at all. Styling is outdated too. Building management is really good and responsive which is the best thing about that building.”

“The building is very appropriate but all house faces South West at least the IBHK. If you are so concerned about the direction of house then you should think about it otherwise its individual onion. Generally The direction of the house or the 'facing' of the house, is the direction you face, while coming out of the house. The direction of the main entrance as per Vastu, is the most important aspect, while taking a rental home. The best entry is north-east, followed by north-west, east.”
