“The security guy downstairs was so rude, he was screaming at me because I don’t have access card. My son was very afraid of him because he was mad and screaming to us. The property management should do something about this.”

“Save yourself not free amenities.security guard is misbehaving.even real estate of this building too much problem.Maintenance in the contract is free but they will tell they will not fix”

“Flora Creek was in recent past a beautiful 4 star Hotel but has now been turned in to a Residential building. As soon as it became Residential, some tenants reportedly converted their apartments into bed spaces for bachelors but the families living their didn't like it. The management took appropriate steps and now as per my last knowledge its a family only building. One of the best apartments to live in the area. Had a swimming pool amd gym also when it was a hotel but im not sure now if they exist or not. Right behind the building is a main bus station and right infront of it is the DCC metro station red line. Idiol location for everyone. 24 hours supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and cafeterias available.”
