“The security guard is rude and impolite! The guard scheduled today, Feb 15, 2026 (11:30 am) at gate 2, Al Hudaiba Mall building. I’m a visitor, and came to request to open the lift for us; however, he said something which I didn’t understand then I asked him again, but instead of answering us, he started raising his voice. This is very unacceptable to be treated this way. If he doesn’t like his job, he shouldn’t be on duty. This is very disappointing to have a bad impression about the management having this kind of employees.”

“Be careful when you rent an apartment in this building, they charge exorbitantly high for the chiller charges, for the first year they advertise it as free chiller with hidden clause in the tenancy, and from the second year, they charge exorbitantly high chiller charges. For one bhk, expect around 800 per month as chiller charge.”

“This mall problem for parking we are coming to pickup order form Qahira and the security said we don't have parking you can park in the street last time am park in the street The RTA main is coming his given fine 200 aed please give parking for the bike ride ho well pickup order is here”
