“Al Jaberi 1 and 2 and any other properties managed by Hi Sandy/ Sun Rise etc are worst place to be at. Everyone is full of lies from start to finish. Be careful about renewal charges of more than 4000 AED when signing the agreement as they will only be telling you this after getting your Cheques.”
