“I hope from hotel management look about New negative practices in front of the building occur on a daily basis, which is a group of men sitting in front of the building door, talking and smoking shisha and staring at customers when they enter and exit, especially us women, which always embarrasses me when leaving and entering I ask the staff and the manager to act on this and make the place more private and prevent these men from gathering and sitting in front of the building out of respect for customers and they always make the entrance dirty”

“I have been staying at AlJaddaf Star more than 8 months, staff are good mentioned Moussa and Attiah whenever facing problem in building they assist you, and hard worker especially the cleaners they doing well job but it is very far and the road to get there very hard not to forget about construction near buildings and all that area, It was nice but suddenly they requested extra AED500 for rent which is AED6000 YEARLY.”

“Let’s talk about the Hygiene Standards which the cockroach is living there in building even if you put all kind of pest control, and the management we have been informing them to do the peat control and they never done any action The rudeness of staff And all of that they have informed us that the Rent increases 500Aed extra which is 6000Aed a year This is worst place you can choose to live in Al Jaddaf”

“Worse receptionist-administrator of the building ever. Never on the workplace, reception is always empty, then if he comes after you call him - he just ignores whatever your enquiry is. Doesn't work, answers in a rood manner, instead raises his voice. Building inside is damaged in anyway possible, dirty and smelly. Would never visit there again”
