They refused to do. they said it is not in their scope of work. is it correct ? i dont have any contact number or idea to whom i can contact. pls advice. “i am a resident for last 6 years. this was a silent & nice building. i request the maintenance team for a painting of apartment after 5 years and still requesting. They refused to do. they said it is not in their scope of work. is it correct ? i dont have any contact number or idea to whom i can contact. pls advice. OR please give the permission to do it myself.”

“The maintenance staff barely cooperates; it takes hours for them to fix the air conditioner, only for it to stop working again. Something is clearly wrong with the building's entire AC system since other tenants complain about this issue as well. It's also quite noisy at times because of the neighbours and, sometimes, the AC fan.”
