From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

In my opinion, the owners should seriously review the current management and consider replacing the management head with a more professional and competent person who understands tenant relations, communication, and proper building management. Residents deserve respectful treatment, effective maintenance, and leadership that solves problems instead of adding to them. Unfortunately, my experience has been very poor.”
