From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Considering this place is in the middle of Al Quoz is not very fancy area however it is in Gated Community so I guess that’s a plus. Apartments are not bad if they are renovated but the ones with original finish is not so much…”
