“Community is calm and clean but price is too expensive compared to building age and quality, they are renting apartments for the price of business bay newer buildings while it is way far and different ! You are in labour area and you dont have a nice neighbourhood for a walk since nearby are only labour camps and factories! +far from metro, so high rent is not at all justified.I hope they will adjust prices asap since so many new residential buildings will be handed over this year and there will be a big competition in the market”

“Community is calm and clean but price is too expensive compared to building age and quality, they are renting apartments for the price of business bay newer buildings while it is way far and different ! “One of the finest residential buildings can say . Buildings are neat and clean and very airy. There is an open way corridor, and security guards are always present there. Entrance doors are secured with password doors. Each building has a gym and one mini outlet like a mart, pharmacy, salon , laundry, etc.”

“Great place for families if you have a car. In other cases you’d struggle getting to a metro station because of the neighboring labor accommodations that accommodate too many people making transportation tough.”
