“This is for management. It's very shameful to say this but you have to provide the parking for delivery bikes there's parking but it's to far like 80-100 meters and this is not small distances. If someone ordered something like water bottle or anything else the rider should go to the parking and he had to carry all that things with him and he have to travel all this distance with walk I don't this is right you have to give them facilities they also are humans they are not machines.they already working outside no matter summer and winter and also know as about the summer. So pleased don't make trouble for them Thank you.”

“I would suggest not to live here paying this rent and facilities. As the community is not guest friendly, only tenant parking is allowed by security. Imagine as we pay this rent to live in heart of city with good community and none of your guest are allowed and security rude behaviour. Does any of guests visit us back at home ?? We had a strange experience with one security Jahanjir ( Mark on eyes) , he didn't even bother to speak properly to the ladies. He was extremely rude, asked us to park outside the community and insisted that we walk nearly 3km just to visit my brother. He refused to listen to our concerns or show any understanding. For someone who is ready to pay 80k in rent ,we would strongly recommend choosing a community where residents and their guests are treated with respect and courtesy.”

“This place is a scam~ testure property will scam you firat with deposit that they wont refund coz you didnt take a picture of prior damage before you leave which is not explain consider 1400 gone madura gas wil charge you connection and disconnection charge which is another scam since they will tell you 500 deposit required and no info given on 300 connection/disconnetion. Lastly they will have this every 2 days or daily fire alarm that never fixed no matter how many complains. You will never rest. If your ok with whats mentioned then go ahead be a tenant of this community..and we have annoying corridor kids who hit your door.”
