“We love the place, Allhamdulliah maintenance's, security, cleanliness all good. My suggestion would be 1.they start changing the water fixture in each apartment to water saving fixtures, the water bill in most of the apartments are higher than the electricity, 2.do something about the exhaust in washrooms and kitchen they are extremely slow and least bit do their job. Again I would say Al- kharbash is a very good place. Thank you”

“We love the place, Allhamdulliah maintenance's, security, cleanliness all good. My suggestion would be 1.they start changing the water fixture in each apartment to water saving fixtures, the water bill in most of the apartments are higher than the electricity, 2.do something about the exhaust in washrooms and kitchen they are extremely slow and least bit do their job. “It used to be a good place to rent, but i changed my rating after i saw what happened with my friends living in this building, it is a management and accounts problem, in simple words they are greedy and will stop responding if you need your money from them. You need to go legal if you are right then you can take you rights, week after week and can feel that the people are leaving the apartments.”

“very good building perfect service and maintenance team quick in fixing any issue security and all stuff very nice and helpful i ma staying in that building for 4 years till now and really feeling confort as there no management problems at all”

“After living this building 6 month actually I like it in terms of sanitation and quietness neighbour and security. It's very close to bus stop and supermarket and also masjid all they are the corners of the building. Al kharbash building is somewhere suite to family.”
