“We lived here since the building opened, its clean and well maintained.. but the kids playing between cars and down in the lobby is always troublesome with no boundaries set by management to prevent this issue”

“Worst managed building in whole Jaddaf. In any other building there’s better understanding security management. They don’t treat the tenants well , and instead create problems for parking as if we are not paying rent and coming to the building as visitors. Do not recommend! Not a family friendly building at all with zero respect to tenants! Especially Stephan is not good security!”

“The barrier creates difficulty for anyone who wants to enter this building. The other side door is open. Why not the watchman. The door on the left does not open.”

“About a year old residential complex. Two towers with a pool and a gym in the center. 2 & 3 bedroom flats, Most of the people residing in the building are families. This building is linked with AquaCool for your chiller, which can be expensive. In my flat we need lights on in the kitchen and bathrooms even during the day. The most annoying thing is Kids play down and make a racket the whole day and till late in the night, no rules & restrictions. The parking for the cars is so narrow that you will have dents all over your car. About the building management, the less said the better. No one answers your calls.”
