“• Pricey apartments for the area - without much amenities offered • Slow maintenance response - their basement lift has been broken for more than 3 months - no alternative parking was offered to tenants • Bad HVAC system - smell from other apartments can get through other apartments through their AC and exhaust systems inside their rooms. • Low quality built - paints and putties are chipping off their walls and tiles”
