What one reviewer said

“This is by far the worst building I’ve ever lived in my life, please do not move here !! There’s no ac in the common areas, maintenance of the building is an absolute joke, ac keeps on breaking every week and for them to come and fix any issues good luck with that ! … pipes are all rusty inside, so the water comes brown, there are cockroaches all over, the guys working at reception are so useless and arrogant, whatever you need they don’t know and all they do is to be seated on their phones the whole day… this place is an absolute nightmare I’m literally desperate for my contract to be over and move away from here. And I will never again move to a building maintained by Rocky real state they…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Been an unfortunate tenant of this ridiculous building. The building looks great and well maintained from outside but the HORROR IS REAL. 1. EXTREMELY POOR maintenance 2. FAULTY FIRE ALARM system so you’ll have the alarm going off even in the middle of the night for hours. We have had to call the civil defense ourselves to get it sorted because the alarm was ringing for over 3 hours! 3. The security is an absolute joke and arrogant with an attitude that’ll leave you disgusted. Hate hate hate the security for the way they behave. 4. No one is ready to take responsibility or help you when there is a concern. 5. Rocky Real Estate is the worst, the absolute worst management you can ever deal with, with a bunch of unprofessionals who don’t know to do their job. DO NOT recommend this building and will never, NEVER rent an apartment that is under Rocky Real Estate!!”
