“I am extremely disappointed with the current management of this building. Since the management changed, the quality of living has deteriorated significantly, and many families are no longer comfortable living here.
When this building was under Al Zarooni management, it was primarily occupied by families, and the environment was peaceful, respectful, and suitable for children. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The current management has allowed a large number of bachelor accommodations and shared living arrangements throughout the building. As a result, the character of the building has completely changed.

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t.
Many floors are now occupied by groups of bachelors, and there are frequent disturbances late into the night. Loud gatherings, excessive noise, and people coming and going at all hours have become a common occurrence. Families with young children are often unable to enjoy a peaceful living environment due to the constant disruptions.
As a mother and wife, I find it very concerning that the building no longer feels family-oriented. Residents are regularly exposed to behavior and dressing that many families find inappropriate for a residential building where children are present. Common areas such as corridors, elevators, and entrances no longer provide the comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere that originally attracted many of us to this property.
The management appears to prioritize occupancy over maintaining a suitable living environment for long-term family residents. Numerous tenants have expressed concerns about noise, overcrowding, and the overall decline in the quality of life within the building.
It is truly disappointing to see what has happened to a building that was once known as a respectable and family-friendly residence. I hope the management seriously considers the concerns of family tenants and takes immediate steps to restore a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment for all residents.”

“I am writing to caution you all about potential issues with the new company managing the building, SBK, following the completion of the contract.
The new company intends to deduct a significant portion of your security deposit without providing a valid reason. They have requested that you pay for the repainting of the entire apartment, even though you have not caused any damage. Additionally, they have added unnecessary items to the deduction list.
Furthermore, the building is currently in a state of disrepair, with an unpleasant odor and an infestation of cockroaches.”

“I am writing to express my concern about the increasing number of pets that residents are keeping on their balconies. This has become a major nuisance, as the noise and disturbance from the pets is constant.
Dogs barking, birds chirping loudly, and cats meowing all day long are making it difficult for me and other residents to relax and enjoy our homes. The noise is especially bad in the morning and evening, when people are trying to get ready for work or school or are trying to relax after a long day.
In addition to the noise, the pets are also creating a mess on the balconies and in the common areas of the building. Dog waste, bird droppings, and cat litter are all over the place, and it is attracting pests and insects.
I am concerned that the presence of pets on balconies is also a safety hazard. Dogs can be aggressive, and birds can fly into people's apartments or onto their balconies. This could lead to accidents or injuries.
I understand that some people love their pets and want to keep them close by. However, I believe that keeping pets on balconies is unfair to other residents of the building. We should all be able to enjoy our homes in peace and without having to deal with constant noise and mess from pets.
I urge you to take action to address this issue. One possibility would be to implement a policy that prohibits residents from keeping pets on their balconies. Another possibility would be to require residents to take certain measures to reduce the noise and mess from their pets, such as using soundproofing materials and cleaning up after their pets regularly.
I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take steps to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and consideration.”
