“Beautiful big apartments but water leakage issue, been 2 weeks no one is willing to fix the issue, i have huge marks on the walls, so much water is wasted everyday due to this problem also the corridor floors are always dirty with dust.”

“The building is calm, well maintained, and the apartments are smart, modern, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, and everything is kept in good condition, which makes it a really nice place to live. The only downside is that the building doesn’t have a pool, but overall we’re very happy here.”

“Beautiful building with smart home features and robot delivery which is an incredible experience, the rent was a bit above my budget but still the layout was worth it, very huge apartment with spacious living. Had a great experience dealing with emirates properties especially Mr shamil the leasing manager, he helped all the way to make process easier and helpful.”

“Beautiful building with smart home features and robot delivery which is an incredible experience, the rent was a bit above my budget but still the layout was worth it, very huge apartment with spacious living. “Very low quality apartment building. Home smart system broken on arrival for a brand new apartment, two ACs are broken, lighting in the rooms all mixed up due to wrong wiring for the smart home system which has never worked. Looks shiny and nice but all cheap quality. Maintenance is also very slow and bad. The parking garage is always dirty with full of dust everywhere, as the cleaning team do not wash the parking with water to remove all dust.”

“The day time security is the worst! He has no manners and is not respectful of the tenants living there, I don’t understand why they hire such personalities for these kind of positions. You need someone who knows how to speak to tenants in a proper manner. How shameful. Makes my experience of living here worse. Second, the apartments suffer from water leaks all the time, despite the maintenance men coming in to fix them. They keep popping up again and again. How was this issue not addressed? This is such a hassle for the tenant.”

“Huge layouts apartments for rent available. The only issue is that there's no Swimming Pool which is quite weird. Too good to not have a pool tbh.”
