“Horrible experience as a tenant Building is decent but no proper AC, air flow very despite repair so kitchen and bathroom full of mould Also no phone network in Building from all operators Du or etisalat same pain. Need go balcony to talk Worst rent experience with wasl the manager, they make me pay then send me unfair terms and conditions AFTER i paid rent and on renewal asked for 5000aed extra stating my rent was discounted only for first year. No one told me that. Very expensive compare to the area and other clean moderm buildings in barsha like manazil buildings. Avoid at all cost”

“This building was nice but the new management company make it degraded, not professional and very bad communication with the tenants, if you have anything related to your flat they will make you regretting the day you moved there.”
