From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The worst customer service ever!!!!! All of them in Commercial Lines including Senior Customer Service Officer are very arrogant and clearly doesn't understand how to give proper service to customers. We are not even asking for special service, just proper!! If there is a negative star then I would have gone for NEGATIVE 5 star!”
